Microsoft Office applications come with installed templates. Templates that you download from Microsoft are stored within the My Templates folder. Recently downloaded templates are also displayed as Recently Used Templates.
To find an installed template:
- Click File > New
- Click My Templates
- Double-click to open the selected template
