The Word on Indenting

In Word, indenting is easily done using your mouse and clicking these icons: Decrease Indent and Increase Indent. There are also some key strokes that let you perform the same task without your hand leaving the keyboard. Here they are:

Ctrl + m indents an entire paragraph. (Repeat for larger indents)

Ctrl + Shift + m removes an indent for an entire paragraph. (Repeat to remove multiple indents)

Ctrl + t creates a hanging indent. (Each repeat increases the indent size by one tab stop)

Ctrl + Shift + t decreases a hanging indent. (Each repeat decreases the indent size by one tab stop)

Extra Tip: You can use these keystrokes at any place in the paragraph!
